Age Limit: The candidates must not have attained the age of 60 years as on 18/08/2016.
Minimum Educational Qualification: A Doctoral degree in any branch of Agricultural Sciences including basic sciences with required specialization.
Application Fee: A Crossed Demand Draft for ₹ 500/-, valid for 03 months and drawn in favour of SECRETARY,ASRB payable at New Delhi (India). The SC/ ST/ Women/ Physically Handicapped (PH) applicants / candidates are exempted.

Application Fee: A Crossed Demand Draft (DD) for ₹500/-, valid for 3 months and drawn in favour of SECRETARY, ASRB payable at New Delhi (India). For the applicants / candidates abroad, the application fee should be accompanied with a crossed International Bank Draft for US $50 drawn in favor of SECRETARY, ASRB, payable at New Delhi (India). However, the SC/ ST/ Women/ Physically Handicapped (PH) applicants/ candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
