Indian Air Force (IAF), HQ Western Air Command invites applications from eligible Indian National candidates for recruitment of following Group 'C' positions by the various Air Force stations / units. Eligible persons apply within 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News Paper 13 - 19 August 2016 Issue.

Educational Qualification

Draughtsman Grade - III

₹ 5200-20200 Grade Pay ₹ 2400/-

(a) Matriculation or its equivalent from recognized Board or University.
(b) Two year's Diploma in Mechanical Drawing or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Draughtsmanship (Mechanical or Civil) from and Industrial Training Institute or equivalent recognized Institution.
(c) About five years experience in Draughtsmanship in a Government Institute.

Civilian Education Instructor

₹ 5200-20200 Grade Pay ₹ 2400/-

(a) A Degree from a recognized University with Hindi as one of the subjects.
(b) A diploma or degree in teaching.

Storekeeper

₹ 5200-20200 Grade Pay ₹ 1900/-

(a) Matric with 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
(b) Desirable - Experience in handling Stores and keeping Accounts in a store of a concern of repute in Public or Private Sector.

Supdt (Store)

₹ 5200-20200 Grade Pay ₹ 2400/-

(a) Graduate Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
(b) Desirable - Experience in handling Stores and keeping Accounts in a store of a concern of repute in Public or Private Sector.

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Hindi Typist

₹ 5200-20200 Grade Pay ₹ 1900/-

(a) Matric with 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.
(b) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on computer.
(c) Skill Test Norms on computer. English Typing @ 35 w.p.m., Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m. (Time allowed -10 mts.) (35 w.p.m and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH.on an average of 5 Key depressions for each word)

Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (CMTD) (Ordinary Grade)

₹ 5200-20200 Grade Pay ₹ 1900/-

(a) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(b) Must be holding a valid civil driving license for light and heavy vehicle.
(c) Must possess professional'skill in driving and knowledge of motor mechanism.
(d) Minimum two years experience in driving motor vehicles.

Cook

₹ 5200-20200 Grade Pay ₹ 1900/-

(a) Matriculation with six months experience in the trade. (OR)
(b) Ex-serviceman with similar qualification.

Carpenter

₹ 5200-20200 Grade Pay ₹ 1900/-

(a) ITI Certificate in appropriate/akin field or Trade viz., Carpenter. (OR)
(b) Ex-serviceman from appropriate trade viz., Carpenter Rigger.

Painter

Ayah

(a) Matriculation pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Board.
(b) Desirable - One year of experience as Ayah in Hospitals or Nursing Homes from an Organization or Institute.

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)

Selection Process: Written Examination.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates desirous of applying are to forward their applications as per prescribed format with enclosures should be reach to the concerned Air Force Stations/ Units.

(a) Application as per given format duly typed in English/Hindi on foolscap paper, Recent photograph (Passport size 4.5 x 3.5 centimeters) duly self attested be pasted.
(b) Self attested photocopies of certificate supporting Date of birth, Educational qualification, Experience etc.
(c) Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-serviceman are to enclose self attested photocopies of certificate issued by the Competent authority supporting their category arid reservation status.
(d) Self addressed stamped envelope of size 24x11 Centimeters.
(e) Any other documents supporting their candidature i.e. Sports/Cultural activities.
(f) The envelope containing the application should be super scribed.
