Qualification and Experience:
Additional General Manager (Submarine Technical) ->
(1) Engineering Graduate from a recognized University in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics with an aggregate of not less than 60% of marks in qualifying exam.
(2) Minimum 16 years post qualification experience.
Additional General Manager (Security & Admn) ->
(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognised University with an aggregate of not less than 55% of marks in the qualifying examination.
(2) Minimum 16 years post qualification experience.
Deputy General Manager (HR) ->
(1) Graduate Degree in any discipline with PG Degree / Two year PG Diploma in Labour & Social Welfare or Labour Studies or PM & IR or HR Management or MBA with Personnel Management awarded by recognized Universities / Institutes registered with AICTE with not less than 50% marks in qualifying examination.
(2) Should have at least 15 years post qualification experience.
Application Fee: ₹ 100/-. No Registration fee for SC/ST/PH Candidates. The Payment should be made only by way of Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of M/s Hindustan Shipyard Ltd., payable at Visakhapatnam.
