Eligibility:
(a) Officers of the Central (including Railways)/State Governments, High Courts: (i) Holding analogous posts on a regular basis; or (ii) With 3 years' regular service in the post in the pay scale of Rs. PB-4 (Rs. 37,400-67,000/-) + GP Rs. 8,700/- (6th CPC scales) or equivalent; and
(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience: (i) Degree in law from a recognized University or equivalent; and (ii) 10 years'experience in Court procedures, Commercial/Railway Claims matters including administrative experience at Group 'A' level.
